Our plant in Vasai, a suburb in Mumbai, is equipped to manufacture substation structures, gantry structures, equipment mounting structures and tower structures. We are also in the business of manufacturing of all types of electrical panels.
We have a fully equipped Engineering Department to design the Civil and Electrical Layout Drawings for substations upto 132 kV voltage levels. We can source any electrical equipment required! for substation and industries from the best manufacturers. Apart from offering turnkey services, we also undertake Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for maintenance of all electrical equipment.
Since the inception of our company in 2004, we have completed! several turnkey projects in power, pumping stations, steel, refinery, textiles, fertilizers etc. upto voltage levels of 132 kV. The works carried out by us include supply, erection, testing and commissioning of substation equipment, capacitor banks and electrical panels. The works comprise right from engineering to execution of projects. Our company has set up a strong benchmark in the industry on quality and timely completion of projects. In private projects, we have synchronised with the concerned Power Utility in providing precise equipment ratings, accuracy class of instrument transformers and a proper co-ordinated protection system with accurate settings for tripping and alarm.
We have collaborated with our Clients to achieve maximum incentives in their power bills, specifically the load factor incentives by offering the most precise demand controllers. In addition we take up Annual Maintenance Contracts with industries for maintaining their electrical equipment. During the visits of our engineers, we check all the parameters and the healthiness of equipment such that there are almost zero breakdowns as our clients draw optimum power from the Power Utility. Needless to mention, it increases their productivity, cuts production costs and enhances the bottom line of their balance sheets.
